We only collect information that you choose to give us. This happens in two places on the site:
- The contact / enquiry form — your name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of property you're looking for, your budget range and your preferred callback time.
- Any direct message you send us on WhatsApp, whether you reach us by tapping a "WhatsApp Falcon" button on the site or by messaging our number directly.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and this site does not run any third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts.
2. How your enquiry actually reaches us
When you fill in the contact form, nothing is transmitted to a server or stored in a database on submission. The form assembles your answers into a message and hands it to WhatsApp — you see exactly what will be sent, and it only reaches our team once you tap "Continue on WhatsApp" and send it yourself. From that point on, your enquiry is a normal WhatsApp conversation with Falcon Properties and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices as well as ours.
3. How we use your information
Information you share is used solely to:
- Respond to your property enquiry and get in touch with relevant listings.
- Schedule site visits, callbacks or consultations you've requested.
- Share updates on projects or market information you've asked about.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Falcon Concierge chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website runs entirely on your device to help you narrow down what you're looking for. It does not transmit your conversation to any external server or cloud service — nothing you type into the concierge chat leaves your browser.
5. Third-party services
Where we link out to services such as WhatsApp, phone dialling, email, or the official Karnataka RERA portal, those services are operated independently and governed by their own privacy policies. Property photography on this site is sourced from developer materials and licensed stock imagery, and is not connected to your personal data in any way.
6. Data retention
We retain the details of your enquiry only for as long as needed to assist you with your property search, or as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
7. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct any information that's inaccurate or outdated.
- Delete your information from our records.
- Stop contacting you about new listings or updates.
